Stress at Work – How to Deal With the Stress With The Law Of Attraction
The Law of Attraction works best when you do not have to use your psychic abilities to make it work. This is why a lot of people cannot see the connection between the Law of Attraction and something as simple as stress at work. So this is How to Deal With the Stress With The Law Of Attraction.
You might say, “But that sounds awfully like the way I feel.” I must answer that it does, but not the way you do.
For you, the way you feel is a result of a thousand things and circumstances over which you have no control. Your way of dealing with this stress is to blame something or someone else. For example, if you are not happy at work, you might say, “Mark, my boss treats me unfairly. That grates on me. And he made me do that boring report. And that manger has no room for grumbling.”
The way I feel at work is quite different. I blame myself. “Mark, I am useless at work. And my boss makes me do that boring report. And he is an idiot.”
The way I see it, how I would feel about the two scenarios is this. In my mind, with no outside influence, I feel frustrated, depressed and unhappy. With my boss and myself, the three of us together, I feel happy, proud and content. And in neither scenario do I have any control.
You Have Two Choices to deal with stress
The way I see it, you have two choices. You can choose to view the situations as stressful. If you choose to do this, this is how the Law of Attraction works best with you. You imagine a situation in a negative light, and the Law of Attraction works on that to create a positive feeling or outcome. You have two ways to do this.
First way: You imagine a situation in a negative light, and the Law of Attraction pulls that feeling or outcome away from you. The negative scenario may be a feeling of stress, or the positive scenario may be contentment. For example, you may imagine yourself getting angry with your boss at work. The negative scenario pulls that feeling away from you and the positive outcome would be an emotion of gratitude.
Second way: You imagine a situation in a positive light, and the Law of Attraction pulls that feeling towards you. The positive scenario may be a feeling of gratitude, or the negative scenario may be a stress-free day. For example, you may imagine yourself thanking your boss for expecting you to do a boring report. The positive scenario pulls gratitude towards you and the negative outcome would be a sense of stress.
