Have you ever got in a situation where it feels like you are giving your best, but it seems that you are still standing in that same place where you feel dissatisfied? It’s like, anything you do, is just not enough to improve your life. We’ve probably all been there, at some point in our lives. So, is there a solution for those “no way out” situations? Yes! And the solution lies in the change of your paradigm!
In the very beginning, it would be a good thing to clear things up. What do we assume under this term “paradigm”? In short, a paradigm could be a method, or if you prefer, a system, that drives our habits. Paradigms are responsible for all of the actions that we take, and, at the same time, for the results that we are achieving or not achieving.
We all have several paradigms that are influencing our life. And those paradigms are created unconsciously. But, it is a great thing that the ones who decide to work on themselves, have the chance to create new paradigms consciously. And here we are talking about those paradigms that are going to improve your life
So, how can you consciously change your paradigm from negative to positive? All you have to do is to follow these nine simple steps:
Step One: Clearly define the Paradigm Centrepiece that you would like to change
If you are not satisfied with a specific paradigm that determines your life, you first need to define what it is that you would like to change. Think about the deep beliefs that you have had for a long time, about those beliefs that are stopping you from creating the life you are dreaming of. After you’ve noticed what are the things that are blocking your progress, define new beliefs that you want to create. And you can create them easily, with the help of Affirmations.
Step Two: Clearly define your goals and write them all down
Think about the things that you would like to experience in your everyday life, and don’t be afraid to wish for the “impossible”/ There is no such thing as the impossible and you can indeed experience every single thing that comes to your mind. Just don’t forget to, after you create those goals, write them down on a piece of paper, and look at them, from time to time.
Step Three: Conclusory choose the thoughts that will help you to change your paradigm
Maybe you’ve already heard the phrase that our thought is determining our life. When you experience bad emotions, you are vibrating low and you’re attracting negative experiences. On another hand, when you consciously choose positive thoughts, you will vibrate high, and with
that high vibration, you will succeed in two things: you will succeed in changing your paradigm, and, you will start attracting and manifesting only the experiences that you are wishing for. So, go ahead and apply this advice!
Step Four: Get out of your comfort zone
To change your dominant paradigm, you will have to do some “unpleasant” things. In short, you will have to get out of your comfort zone. Do you know why? Because, when you are not satisfied with your life, that is a clear sign that if you want to witness a change, you have to make the first step and change something first.
Step Five: “Fake it till you make it”
If you want to change your paradigm, then, you first need to behave like your paradigm is already changed. That is how the Law of Attraction and the Universe function. Want to attract money? Then, act like you already have more than you need. Want to attract love? Then, act like you are already in love. Trick yourself, fake it until you make it, and, in a blink of an eye, you will witness all those “fake” things becoming true.
Step Six: Observe your emotions
Our emotions are crucial when it comes to changing our paradigm. Observe your emotions, and make sure to notice and recognize every bad or negative emotion. After noticing it, focus on something positive, on something that makes you feel good, and don’t allow negative emotion to influence your paradigm. Simply stop that on time
Step Seven: Use your positive emotions for changing your paradigm
As we already mentioned, it is important to focus on positive things in your life. When you focus on all those things that make you feel good, your vibration will instantly start to grow. And when you have a high vibration, that means that you are a step away from your dreams coming true.
Step Eight: Go back to your goals, and incorporate them into your new paradigm
If you want to succeed in changing your paradigm, then you have to, one more time, go back to your goals, and incorporate them into your newly created paradigm. Now, you also have a chance to review your goals and modify them, if you want to.
Step Nine: Repeat the process until you witness the desired paradigm
Is your paradigm now changed? Well, maybe it is, maybe it isn’t. If it is, great, we are glad for you. And if it isn’t, don’t worry. Instead of being sad, rather spend your time repeating the process one more time. Sometimes, our old paradigms are so strong, that we simply have to put more effort if we want to change them.
